Dimitar brings more than 19 years of experience in technology delivery, enterprise transformation and cybersecurity programme leadership. His work connects security strategy, engineering teams and executive decision-making across complex enterprise environments.

At Liberty Global, he led a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives spanning corporate applications, datacentres and AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud environments. His programme responsibilities covered vulnerability detection and remediation, cloud and endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and preparation of internal organisations for ISO 27001 certification.

• Security delivery at enterprise scale. Coordinated remediation programmes spanning more than 300 corporate applications and 18,000 datacentre and cloud assets.
• Detection, protection and prevention. Led programmes involving Rapid7, Lacework, Microsoft Defender, firewall and web application protection, and threat intelligence platforms including ThreatQ, MISP and Anomali.
• Controls and certification readiness. Led an ISO 27001 security programme connecting control implementation, organisational readiness and delivery governance.
• Software delivery leadership. Previously Head of Software Development and Delivery at Ascent, leading a department of more than 100 staff and contractors across engineering, quality assurance, DevOps and delivery management.
