Services · Remediation

Track findings to a verified fix.

Turn assessment findings into owned engineering tasks, controlled changes and retest evidence.

What the engagement covers

Triage

Agree impact, priority and the change owner.

Implementation plan

Define the fix, dependencies, test scope and rollback.

Controlled change

Use the client's approval and change-management process.

Retest and closure

Record the revised system version, results and any remaining risk.

Scope and responsibilities

Changes require authorised access, an agreed scope and an accountable customer owner. Existing tickets in ServiceNow or Jira can inform the workflow; tooling and integration are confirmed during discovery.

A practical example

A data-export finding should close only when the revised control blocks the failing scenario and legitimate exports still work. Record the negative test and the allowed path, rather than closing on a configuration screenshot alone.

Start with a clear scope

Tell us which systems, actions and review requirements are in scope. We will discuss the work, responsibilities and deliverables before you commit.
