Engagements
Start with the work you need.
An assessment can stand alone. Implementation and ongoing review are separate, agreed scopes.
Three engagement paths
Assessment
Understand exposure and prioritise gaps. Deliverables are an inventory, control mapping, scoped test results and findings.
Implementation
Close control gaps and hand over configurations, tests and runbooks.
Ongoing review
Keep tests and evidence aligned with the current system.
Before work starts
Confirm the systems and versions in scope, required access, permitted tests, data handling, named owners, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Access to production or sensitive data is agreed separately; supplied exports and synthetic test environments can be used where appropriate.
Commercial terms
The written proposal sets fees, schedule, review cadence and exit terms. Supporting services are included only when named. See How we price.
Start with a clear scope
Tell us which systems, actions and review requirements are in scope. We will discuss the work, responsibilities and deliverables before you commit.
