Engagements
Fees follow the scope.
Know what is included, what you need to provide and how acceptance works before you commit.
How proposals are structured
| Work | Pricing approach | What the proposal defines |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment | Fixed fee for an agreed scope | Agents, platforms, evidence review and authorised tests |
| Implementation | Milestones or an agreed engineering scope | Controls, integrations, acceptance tests and handover |
| Ongoing review | Agreed period and review cadence | Change triggers, review hours, reporting and renewal terms |
Fees are quoted before work starts. There is no mandatory multi-year commitment stated on this website.
What affects the fee
- Number of agents, tools, identities and environments.
- Which high-risk actions and requirements need testing.
- Existing evidence, engineering dependencies and access constraints.
- Reporting, review cadence and any operating responsibilities.
Remediation and Agent Access Engineering are separately scoped unless the proposal explicitly includes them. Third-party licences, hosting, audit and certification fees are excluded unless itemised.
Acceptance and changes
The proposal records deliverables and acceptance criteria, schedule assumptions, customer responsibilities, change approval, payment milestones and exit terms. A change to scope is agreed before additional work is undertaken.
Start with a clear scope
Tell us which systems, actions and review requirements are in scope. We will discuss the work, responsibilities and deliverables before you commit.
